3. The Pattern Check
The Pattern Check is a free, educational self-assessment designed to encourage reflection on repeated relationship behaviors.
It is not a diagnostic instrument, psychological evaluation, or clinical assessment.
Your answers are intended to help you consider your circumstances. They do not establish whether another individual has a particular psychological condition or whether you should remain in or leave a relationship.
You are responsible for determining how to use the information provided.
4. No Professional Therapy, Medical, or Legal Services
The Pattern Rule does not provide psychotherapy, mental health treatment, medical care, legal representation, or financial advice through its general website and free resources. Our coaching and educational materials are not substitutes for services from appropriately qualified professionals. 5. Free Resources and Downloads
We may provide free worksheets, guides, assessments, and other downloadable resources. These resources are provided for your personal, noncommercial use. 6. Discovery Calls
We offer complimentary discovery calls to discuss The Pattern Rule coaching program and determine whether it may be appropriate for a prospective participant. A discovery call does not create a coaching relationship, guarantee acceptance into a program, or obligate either party to proceed. We may reschedule or decline appointments when reasonably necessary. We ask that you provide accurate booking information and notify us if you cannot attend a scheduled appointment.
7. Paid Coaching Services
The Pattern Rule may offer an eight-week coaching program involving private sessions, educational materials, exercises, and accountability support. Specific program details, scheduling, fees, payment terms, cancellation provisions, refunds, and participant responsibilities will be provided separately before enrollment. Any paid program will be governed by its applicable enrollment agreement and disclosed purchase terms. These website Terms do not independently establish a nonrefundable payment policy or override applicable consumer protection laws.
